Temperature Control

We have an extensive track record with temperature-controlled sockets. By building air- or water-cooled Peltier elements or heaters into the socket, low- and high-temperature control of the device can be achieved easily.
In the low-temperature range, we have achieved -20°C with air cooling and -40°C with water cooling. *The usable temperature may vary slightly depending on your operating environment.
Sockets that accept Peltier elements enable efficient measurement in a short time.
Applicable to early-stage development, prototype evaluation, pre-production sampling inspection, yield evaluation, analysis and more.
